Baked Spicy Chicken Triangle Wrap
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- Half yellow bell pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon red pepper powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Half teaspoon curry powder
- 200 ml heavy cream
- A handful of mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 4-5 tablespoons vegetable oil
Wrapping
- 6-8 large lavash breads
- Cheddar cheese
Sealing mixture
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 4-5 tablespoons water
Preparation
Chop the chicken into small pieces and heat the pan. Add some vegetable oil and cook the chicken until it releases and absorbs its moisture.
Add the onion and peppers and sauté.
Add the spices and mix.
Add the cream and when the mixture thickens, add mozzarella or cheddar cheese.
When the cheeses melt, turn off the heat.
Cut the lavash in half and place cheddar cheese and one tablespoon of the chicken mixture in the center.
To seal the edges, mix flour and water and apply it. Shape into triangles.
Arrange on a baking sheet and add cheese on top.
Bake in a 180-degree oven until golden brown.
Serve hot.

This recipe yields approximately 12 wraps.
