Breakfast Burcha

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup flax seeds⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup cacao nibs⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds⁠⠀
  • 1/4 cup sultanas⁠⠀
  • 1/2 cup diced dried mango⁠⠀
  • 1/4 cup activated buckwheat (can substitute for oats, puffed rice or quinoa or leave it out)⁠⠀

Preparation

  1. Feel free to substitute ingredients, leave out certain ingredients, or add certain ingredients! All you have to do is dice the sultanas and dried mango either manually or through pulsing them in a food processor, add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl to mix it all up, and then finally, store it into a jar to store either in the pantry or the fridge ? you can use this to sprinkle unto your morning smoothies or porridge, use it as cereal, or soak it overnight just like you would with overnight oats
