Brunch Omelette with Sausages and Toppings

Ingredients

Omelette mixture

  • 3 eggs
  • Splash of milk
  • Sea salt
  • White pepper

Toppings

  • Pre-cooked plant-based soya sausages
  • Pre-cooked hash brown bites
  • Grated mature cheddar cheese
  • Chilli and garlic sauce
  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with a splash of milk, sea salt, and white pepper.

  2. Cook the mixture on one side in an omelette pan.

  3. Slide the partially cooked omelette onto a baking tray.

  4. Top with pre-cooked soya sausages, hash brown bites, grated mature cheddar cheese, chilli and garlic sauce, chives, and chilli flakes.

  5. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes on high heat.
