Brunch Omelette with Sausages and Toppings
Ingredients
Omelette mixture
- 3 eggs
- Splash of milk
- Sea salt
- White pepper
Toppings
- Pre-cooked plant-based soya sausages
- Pre-cooked hash brown bites
- Grated mature cheddar cheese
- Chilli and garlic sauce
- Chives
- Chilli flakes
Preparation
Beat the eggs with a splash of milk, sea salt, and white pepper.
Cook the mixture on one side in an omelette pan.
Slide the partially cooked omelette onto a baking tray.
Top with pre-cooked soya sausages, hash brown bites, grated mature cheddar cheese, chilli and garlic sauce, chives, and chilli flakes.
Bake in the oven for 5 minutes on high heat.
