Delicious Chickpea Curry with Spices
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 small bunch coriander
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil or coconut oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 cm fresh ginger
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 150 ml coconut milk
Preparation
Heat the oil and caramelise the onion and garlic in it.
Add salt and spices and cook for 1 minute.
Add the tomatoes and coconut milk and simmer for a few minutes.
Add the chickpeas and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve with rice.
