High Protein Chickpea Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1tsp of garlic
- 2 shreds of ginger and some red cabbage
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1tbsp smoked paprika
- 1tbsp all purpose seasoning
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (not essential) and 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
Preparation
Dice 1 onion, 1tsp of garlic, 2 shreds of ginger and some red cabbage and cook on a pan in a tbsp of olive oil until caramelised ???
Add 1 can chickpeas, 1tbsp smoked paprika, 1tbsp all purpose seasoning, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (not essential) and 1 tbsp sesame seed oil, cook for around 8-10 mins ???
Add a hand full of spinach and cook until wilted, season to taste
