High Protein Chickpea Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 1tsp of garlic
  • 2 shreds of ginger and some red cabbage
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1tbsp all purpose seasoning
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (not essential) and 1 tbsp sesame seed oil

Preparation

  1. Dice 1 onion, 1tsp of garlic, 2 shreds of ginger and some red cabbage and cook on a pan in a tbsp of olive oil until caramelised ??‍?

  2. Add 1 can chickpeas, 1tbsp smoked paprika, 1tbsp all purpose seasoning, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (not essential) and 1 tbsp sesame seed oil, cook for around 8-10 mins ??‍?

  3. Add a hand full of spinach and cook until wilted, season to taste
