Roasted Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
- in a food processor add...
- 2 cups chickpeas
- 8 or more cloves roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1-4 tablespoons olive oil (you’re the chef)
- himalayan salt to taste
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup filtered water (more if needed)
- 1 tsp cumin
- red pepper flakes optional
- purée on high until smooth and creamy!
