Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • in a food processor add...
  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • 8 or more cloves roasted garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1-4 tablespoons olive oil (you’re the chef)
  • himalayan salt to taste
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup filtered water (more if needed)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • red pepper flakes optional
  • purée on high until smooth and creamy!
