Vegan Lemon Drizzle Donuts Snack
Ingredients
- 160g spelt flour
- 115g agave nectar
- 50g coconut oil
- 250ml almond milk
- 14g flax seeds
- 6 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp baking powder and a pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Melt the coconut oil to make it liquid.
Mix the wet ingredients separately.
Mix the dry ingredients separately.
Combine the wet and dry mixtures.
Place the mixture into donut molds.
Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Drizzle with sugar-free white chocolate syrup.
