Chocolate Heaven for Chocolate Lovers
Ingredients
Crust
- 3/4 c ground roasted hazelnuts
- 3/4 c spelt flour
- 1/3 c ground oats
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 90 g coconut oil or butter
- 1 flaxseed egg or regular
Ganache
- 180 g chocolate 70% or more
- 1 c coconut cream
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (more if needed)
- 1 avocado
Preparation
Combine all crust ingredients in a food processor.
Cool for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Bake the crust for 20 minutes covered with pie weights.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes without pie weights.
Melt the chocolate for the ganache.
Add maple syrup, coconut cream, and avocado to the melted chocolate.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
