Vegan Mac and Cheese Bowl
Ingredients
- 500 grams macaroni
- 1 potato
- 1 carrot
- 6 to 8 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 300 ml unsweetened soy milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Cook the macaroni according to the package directions.
Boil the potato and carrot until soft or as needed, then drain and set aside.
Blend all the blended ingredients until smooth.
Transfer the blended mixture to a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, then mix in the cooked macaroni and combine well.
