Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip

Ingredients

  • 70 grams of peanut butter (i used natural)
  • 40 grams of quick porridge oats
  • 50 ml of soy milk
  • 1 tbsp of liquid sweetner (maple syrup, agave etc)
  • 15 grams of dark chocolate, chopped
  • 20 grams of plant based protein powder (optional but adds extra protein - i used plain soy protein) if you omit this
  • reduce soy milk to 25 ml

Preparation

  1. Mix everything in a bowl, until it forms a sticky dough like mixture

  2. Form into 6 equally sized balls

  3. You could let them chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes but can also be enjoyed straight away
