Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
Ingredients
- 70 grams of peanut butter (i used natural)
- 40 grams of quick porridge oats
- 50 ml of soy milk
- 1 tbsp of liquid sweetner (maple syrup, agave etc)
- 15 grams of dark chocolate, chopped
- 20 grams of plant based protein powder (optional but adds extra protein - i used plain soy protein) if you omit this
- reduce soy milk to 25 ml
Preparation
Mix everything in a bowl, until it forms a sticky dough like mixture
Form into 6 equally sized balls
You could let them chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes but can also be enjoyed straight away
