Peanut Butter Fudge Cups


  • 1 1/3 cup of crunchy peanut butter (we used @earthbalance )
  • 1/3 cup of raw coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup


  1. In a medium sized bowl combine all ingredients and stir until all ingredients are well combined

  2. Place cup molds onto a baking sheet and pour filling into molds

  3. Place cups in fridge and leave over night, or place in freezer for 2 hours

  4. Remove cups from molds and place onto baking sheet, garnish with melted chocolate(we made ours with raw cacao powder and raw coconut oil), crushed peanuts, and enjoy ??? #threebunnies
