Rainbow Chia Pudding with Fruits
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cup of canned coconut milk
- 1/2 cup of filtered water
- Coconut sugar to taste
- Spirulina powder
- Açaí powder
- Wheat grass powder
- Beet juice
Preparation
Combine the first four ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Cover and set in fridge for 4 hours.
Once time is up, remove from fridge. Divide chia pudding into four different sections in small bowls.
Combine one small bowl of chia pudding with one superfood powder or beet juice. Stir well until well combined.
In glassware of choice, layer chia pudding. Top with green grapes and blueberries and enjoy.
