Summer Christmas Popsicles

Ingredients

  • Mango puree - 1 cup
  • Almond milk - 1/4 cup
  • Coconut Cream - 1cup
  • Maple syrup - 2tbsp
  • Vanilla extract - 1tsp

Preparation

  1. Blend coconut cream in a bowl and create a texture like frosting

  2. Once the mixture is thick and glossy add mango puree , almond milk , vanilla extract and maple syrup to it and blend it together until smooth texture

  3. Scoop out mixture with spoon and fill into popsicle molds

  4. Freeze for 5 to 6 hours or overnight
