Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Cookies
Ingredients
- 200g wheat flour
- 100g corn starch
- 1g refined salt
- 15g grated coconut
- 65g unsalted butter
- 50g vegetable fat
- 60g refined sugar
- 3ml vanilla extract
- 1 egg
Finishing
- 200g dark chocolate
Preparation
Mix all the dough ingredients together to form a dough.
Shape the dough into cookies.
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Dip the baked cookies in the melted chocolate and allow to set.
