Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 200g wheat flour
  • 100g corn starch
  • 1g refined salt
  • 15g grated coconut
  • 65g unsalted butter
  • 50g vegetable fat
  • 60g refined sugar
  • 3ml vanilla extract
  • 1 egg

Finishing

  • 200g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dough ingredients together to form a dough.

  2. Shape the dough into cookies.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.

  4. Melt the dark chocolate.

  5. Dip the baked cookies in the melted chocolate and allow to set.
