Malaysian Style Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 block butter
- 350g wheat flour
- 100g fine sugar
- 100g corn flour
- 1 egg yolk
- a little vanilla essence
Preparation
Beat butter with sugar.
Add egg and vanilla essence.
Add wheat flour and corn flour.
Knead with hands until the dough does not stick to fingers.
Roll and cut according to desired shapes.
Decorate cookies with cherries, chocolate chips, etc.
Bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes.
