Crispy Cocoa Biscuits
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups wheat flour
- 1/2 cup corn flour
- 250g butter or margarine
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Preparation
Mix egg yolk, icing sugar, butter, and vanilla essence until smooth
Add corn flour and mix again
Gradually add wheat flour until the dough does not stick to fingers when touched, ensuring it is not too soft or hard
Once well mixed, use creativity to shape the dough
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes, adjusting according to your oven
