Dahlia Gold Semperit Cookies
Ingredients
- 250 grams butter
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1 cup custard powder
- 2.5 cups corn flour
- Vanilla essence or rose essence
Garnishes
- Cherries for decoration
Preparation
Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla essence evenly using a spoon, not a mixer.
Add wheat flour and custard powder and mix until well combined.
Gradually add corn flour until a soft dough forms.
Press the dough into molds.
Decorate with cherries.
Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes, or adjust according to your oven.
Tips
After pressing the dough, let it rest for 25 minutes before baking to prevent blooming.
