Ingredients

  • 250 grams butter
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 cup custard powder
  • 2.5 cups corn flour
  • Vanilla essence or rose essence

Garnishes

  • Cherries for decoration

Preparation

  1. Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla essence evenly using a spoon, not a mixer.

  2. Add wheat flour and custard powder and mix until well combined.

  3. Gradually add corn flour until a soft dough forms.

  4. Press the dough into molds.

  5. Decorate with cherries.

  6. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes, or adjust according to your oven.

Tips

  1. After pressing the dough, let it rest for 25 minutes before baking to prevent blooming.
