Homemade Cadbury Chocolate Tart

Ingredients

  • 250g butter
  • 40g icing sugar
  • 40g corn flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 300g wheat flour
  • Cadbury chocolate as needed
  • Egg yolk for brushing
  • Decorations

Preparation

  1. Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla essence until well combined and smooth

  2. Add egg yolk and mix until incorporated

  3. Add corn flour and mix until smooth

  4. Gradually add wheat flour until a soft dough forms

  5. Store the dough in an airtight container to prevent drying

  6. Shape the dough and brush with egg yolk

  7. Bake at 170°C for 30-32 minutes with top and bottom heat
