Ginger Star Biscuits
Ingredients
- 180g self raising wholemeal flour
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 30g oil
- 120g Fruit Syrup
Preparation
Mix the flour, ginger and salt together in a bowl
Add the oil and Fruit Syrup and mix into a soft dough
Knead briefly and roll out on a floured surface to about 5mm thick
Cut out and bake on a greased baking sheet for 5-7 minutes at 180C or until the edges are beginning to colour
Cool on wire racks
When the biscuits are cool sandwich together with Choc Pot
