Ginger Star Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 180g self raising wholemeal flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 30g oil
  • 120g Fruit Syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour, ginger and salt together in a bowl

  2. Add the oil and Fruit Syrup and mix into a soft dough

  3. Knead briefly and roll out on a floured surface to about 5mm thick

  4. Cut out and bake on a greased baking sheet for 5-7 minutes at 180C or until the edges are beginning to colour

  5. Cool on wire racks

  6. When the biscuits are cool sandwich together with Choc Pot

  7. Enjoy
