Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats flour
  • 1 cup soy milk ( i used mylk labs from @floria_tradingbh )
  • 5 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together and pour in a baking tray

  2. Bake at 180 for 45 to 55 minutes and enjoy
