Healthy Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats flour
- 1 cup soy milk ( i used mylk labs from @floria_tradingbh )
- 5 ripe bananas mashed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix everything together and pour in a baking tray
Bake at 180 for 45 to 55 minutes and enjoy
