Hoisin Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 80g erythritol gold
  • 8 prunes, finely chopped
  • 2 sachets blue dragon black bean sauce
  • 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp 5 spice

Preparation

  1. Simply mix all this together and pour it over 500g pork tenderloin

  2. Cook on high for 2 hours then medium for 3 hours

  3. The sauce becomes lovely and sticky, you can reduce if needed by taking the lid off and putting it on high for 30 minutes at the end.
