Hoisin Pulled Pork
Ingredients
- 80g erythritol gold
- 8 prunes, finely chopped
- 2 sachets blue dragon black bean sauce
- 4 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp 5 spice
Preparation
Simply mix all this together and pour it over 500g pork tenderloin
Cook on high for 2 hours then medium for 3 hours
The sauce becomes lovely and sticky, you can reduce if needed by taking the lid off and putting it on high for 30 minutes at the end.
