Nutritious Green Smoothie with Superfoods

Ingredients

  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Kiwifruit
  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Handful of raspberries
  • Organic probiotic yogurt
  • 1 tsp flaxseed powder
  • 1 tsp almond powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp matcha
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut water
  • Toasted granola
  • Seeds and nuts

Preparation

  1. Soak chia seeds overnight in coconut water.

  2. Mix banana, avocado, kiwifruit, spinach, and kale.

  3. Add a handful of raspberries.

  4. Mix with organic probiotic yogurt.

  5. Add 1 tsp each of flaxseed powder, almond powder, spirulina, and matcha.

  6. While mixing, add toasted granola for extra nutrition and flavor.

  7. Top with favorite seeds and nuts.
