Nutritious Green Smoothie with Superfoods
Ingredients
- Banana
- Avocado
- Kiwifruit
- Spinach
- Kale
- Handful of raspberries
- Organic probiotic yogurt
- 1 tsp flaxseed powder
- 1 tsp almond powder
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 tsp matcha
- Chia seeds
- Coconut water
- Toasted granola
- Seeds and nuts
Preparation
Soak chia seeds overnight in coconut water.
Mix banana, avocado, kiwifruit, spinach, and kale.
Add a handful of raspberries.
Mix with organic probiotic yogurt.
Add 1 tsp each of flaxseed powder, almond powder, spirulina, and matcha.
While mixing, add toasted granola for extra nutrition and flavor.
Top with favorite seeds and nuts.
