No-Bake Strawberry Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 750 ml milk
  • 2 packages vanilla pudding mix, sugar-free (each 40 g)
  • 5-6 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 g soft butter
  • about 1/2 package butter biscuits
  • strawberries (about 300-350 g)
  • 2 packages strawberry jelly

Preparation

Pudding

  1. Boil 2 and 1/3 cups of milk with sugar

  2. Mix the remaining milk with the pudding powder

  3. Pour into the boiling milk and stir until the pudding thickens

  4. Cover with foil and cool

Cream

  1. Beat the soft butter until fluffy

  2. Gradually add the cold pudding and mix until smooth

Jelly

  1. Dissolve 2 strawberry jellies in 750 ml hot water

  2. Set aside to set

Assembly

  1. In a 20x20 cm mold, lay out the biscuits, add the cream, cover with another layer of biscuits

  2. On top, arrange sliced strawberries and pour over the setting jelly

  3. Place in the refrigerator until fully set

Tips

  1. Instead of strawberries, other fruits can be used
