Simple Lemony Chia Yogurt Bowl with Fruits

Ingredients

  • @foragerproject cashew yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp @navitasorganics chia seed
  • juice and zest of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp grade A maple syrup
  • @purely_elizabeth GF granola
  • @sunfood cacao nibs
  • sliced almonds
  • @bobsredmill unsweetened flakes coconut
  • sliced kiwi, bananas, and strawberries

Preparation

  1. Combine yogurt, maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chia seeds in a bowl. Mix well to combine.

  2. Top with remaining ingredients! Garnish with extra zest!
