Sorghum Pea Pasta with Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 100 g of Sorghum Pea Pasta
  • •10 cherry tomatoes
  • •1 onion
  • •tomato puree
  • •1 branch of Rosemary and 1 small bundle of thyme
  • •Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion and boil everything except the salt and pepper in your pot until the pasta is tender

  2. Strain everything and take out the herbes

  3. Pour the pasta water back in your pot and add the tomato puree

  4. Stir until the puree is dissolved and add the pasta back in

  5. Mix well and pour over zucchini noodles

  6. I chopped my noodles into small pieces so they are easier to eat

  7. No one likes tomato sauce everywhere
