Vegan Frankenstein Protein French Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop @myvegan salted caramel soy isolate
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • either a handful of spinach blended with the almond milk or 1/4 tsp green food colouring
  • slices of bread
  • Oreos, chocolate chips and choc fingers

Preparation

  1. Blend spinach with almond milk if using, or stir green food coloring into almond milk.

  2. Mix protein powder into the milk mixture to create a batter.

  3. Dip bread slices in the batter until well coated.

  4. Fry the bread in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

  5. Top with Oreos, chocolate chips, and chocolate fingers for a festive presentation.
