Vegan Frankenstein Protein French Toast
Ingredients
- 1 scoop @myvegan salted caramel soy isolate
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- either a handful of spinach blended with the almond milk or 1/4 tsp green food colouring
- slices of bread
- Oreos, chocolate chips and choc fingers
Preparation
Blend spinach with almond milk if using, or stir green food coloring into almond milk.
Mix protein powder into the milk mixture to create a batter.
Dip bread slices in the batter until well coated.
Fry the bread in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Top with Oreos, chocolate chips, and chocolate fingers for a festive presentation.
