Vegan French Toast Breakfast
Ingredients
- 4-5 slices of bread
- 3 tbsp chickpea flour
- 125 ml oat milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Toppings
- plant-based yoghurt, fruits and nuts
Preparation
Mix the chickpea flour with the oat milk, cinnamon, agave syrup, and vanilla extract.
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan.
Dip the bread slices in the mixture.
Fry the slices for 3 minutes per side.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
