Vegan French Toast Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 4-5 slices of bread
  • 3 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 125 ml oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Toppings

  • plant-based yoghurt, fruits and nuts

Preparation

  1. Mix the chickpea flour with the oat milk, cinnamon, agave syrup, and vanilla extract.

  2. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan.

  3. Dip the bread slices in the mixture.

  4. Fry the slices for 3 minutes per side.

  5. Serve with your favorite toppings.
