Pumpkin French Toast Protein Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of small bread slices
  • 150ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 100g pumpkin purée
  • 30g vanilla soy isolate
  • cinnamon and raisins

Preparation

  1. Cut the slices of bread into cubes

  2. Mix the batter ingredients together

  3. Soak the cubes in the batter, and place into a single serve skillet or oven proof dish! Bake in the oven for around 25 mins on 180c! I topped my skillet with vegan whipped cream
