Pumpkin French Toast Protein Bake
Ingredients
- 3 slices of small bread slices
- 150ml unsweetened almond milk
- 100g pumpkin purée
- 30g vanilla soy isolate
- cinnamon and raisins
Preparation
Cut the slices of bread into cubes
Mix the batter ingredients together
Soak the cubes in the batter, and place into a single serve skillet or oven proof dish! Bake in the oven for around 25 mins on 180c! I topped my skillet with vegan whipped cream
