Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 chia egg
  • 3 over ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch Himalayan
  • 1/3 cup nut butter
  • 2.5 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup packed coconut sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 and 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup millet flour

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Line baking dish w/ parchment paper

  3. To make the chia egg, combine chia seeds and water in a mixing bowl and set aside for 5 minutes

  4. Add ripe bananas and mash them

  5. Next add baking salt, baking soda, almond butter, coconut oil, maple, & coconut sugar.Mix until smooth

  6. Add the almond & millet flours.Stir well

  7. Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.You can tell when it's ready by checking that it is firm and toothpick slides out clean
