Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 chia egg
- 3 over ripe bananas
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch Himalayan
- 1/3 cup nut butter
- 2.5 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup packed coconut sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 and 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1 cup millet flour
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°
Line baking dish w/ parchment paper
To make the chia egg, combine chia seeds and water in a mixing bowl and set aside for 5 minutes
Add ripe bananas and mash them
Next add baking salt, baking soda, almond butter, coconut oil, maple, & coconut sugar.Mix until smooth
Add the almond & millet flours.Stir well
Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.You can tell when it's ready by checking that it is firm and toothpick slides out clean
