Brownie
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 3 scoops protein ( double chocolate flavor)
- 3 tbsp oat flour
- 6 tbsp almond butter
- 7.5 tbsp milk of your choice
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 50 gm dark chocolate ( chopped)
- 50 gm walnuts ( chopped)
Preparation
In a bowl mix all dry ingredients then add almond butter , milk & maple syrup & mix well
Then fold in the chopped chocolate & walnuts & enjoy
