Chai and Apple Loaf

Ingredients

Dry

  • 1 grated apple
  • 1 cup gf flour (any)
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tsp chai latte mix
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Wet

  • 1 egg or flax egg
  • 3 tbsp vanilla agave nectar
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. Mix all wet ingredients apart from coconut oil in another bowl

  3. Add wet to dry and mix

  4. Fold in coconut oil

  5. Pour into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180 for 30-40 mins
