Chai and Apple Loaf
Ingredients
Dry
- 1 grated apple
- 1 cup gf flour (any)
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp chai latte mix
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Wet
- 1 egg or flax egg
- 3 tbsp vanilla agave nectar
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
Mix all wet ingredients apart from coconut oil in another bowl
Add wet to dry and mix
Fold in coconut oil
Pour into a greased loaf tin and bake at 180 for 30-40 mins
