Easy Protein-Packed Chocolate Cookie Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup oat flour (or just more almond flour)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 flax egg (1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal and 3 tablespoons of water)
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture is well combined.

  2. Then roll mixture into balls and store in your fridge.
