Coffee Infused Oatmeal with Protein Toppings

Ingredients

  • 40 grams of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of coffee (I used decaf but you can obviously use regular as well)
  • about 100 ml of unsweetened soymilk, this amount depends on how runny you like your oats
  • 1/2 scoop of womensbest fit whey protein vanilla

Toppings

  • cocoa nibs
  • chocolate chips
  • coconut shred
  • cinnamon
  • blueberries
  • banana
  • PHAT drizzle of 100% peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Prepare your cup of coffee

  2. Add coffee to the oats and milk and put in the microwave for 1 minute (check afterwards, it’ll need less time than usual as the coffee is already hot)

  3. Add protein powder and stir until fully combined

  4. Add all of your toppings! The chocolate chips are an absolute must in this heavenly combo
