Easy Latte Gateau Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 22g oat bran
  • 1 small egg
  • 3/4 tablespoon erythritol
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 40g fat-free yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon gravy browning
  • 20g grape nuts
  • a little hot water
  • chocolate stevia drops
  • 3 extra light cheese triangles
  • vanilla kvarg
  • decaf Americano coffee
  • 10g white couverture chocolate
  • chocolate flake

Preparation

  1. Mix the cake ingredients and spread on a small lined baking tray

  2. Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C

  3. Cut out disks from the baked cake

  4. Mix the leftover cake with grape nuts, a little hot water, cocoa powder, and chocolate stevia drops

  5. Press the mixture into a 3.5-inch lined chef's ring

  6. Mix the cheese triangles, vanilla kvarg, and decaf Americano coffee to create the filling

  7. Layer the filling with the cake in the ring

  8. Refrigerate overnight

  9. Pipe white couverture chocolate around the edges

  10. Add a chocolate flake on top
