Vegan Gluten-Free No-Bake Mango Mini Tart

Ingredients

Crust

  • 4 pitted dates (soaked in water)
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Mango layer

  • 1 mango
  • coconut milk or almond milk 1/8 cup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp LIVING JIN Agar Agar

Preparation

  1. Mix the crust ingredients in a food processor and press into the mini tart mold.

  2. Mix the mango and chosen milk in a food processor until smooth.

  3. Transfer the mixture to a pan, add water and agar agar, stir and bring to a boil.

  4. Pour over the crust layer and let it cool.

  5. Add rose mango on top.
