Vegan Gluten-Free No-Bake Mango Mini Tart
Ingredients
Crust
- 4 pitted dates (soaked in water)
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Mango layer
- 1 mango
- coconut milk or almond milk 1/8 cup
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp LIVING JIN Agar Agar
Preparation
Mix the crust ingredients in a food processor and press into the mini tart mold.
Mix the mango and chosen milk in a food processor until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a pan, add water and agar agar, stir and bring to a boil.
Pour over the crust layer and let it cool.
Add rose mango on top.
