Vegan “meatball” pasta

Ingredients

  • 1cup tomato puree
  • 4tbsp coconut milk
  • 2tbsp of beetroot juice
  • 1tsp ginger extract
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 2tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2tsp sweetener
  • spices like pepper, paprika, chilli

Preparation

  1. Mix together, add over cooked pasta, i love to starry my pasta with the sauce to make it creamier and serve
