Vegan “meatball” pasta
Ingredients
- 1cup tomato puree
- 4tbsp coconut milk
- 2tbsp of beetroot juice
- 1tsp ginger extract
- 1tbsp soy sauce
- 2tsp nutritional yeast
- 1tbsp vinegar
- 1/2tsp sweetener
- spices like pepper, paprika, chilli
Preparation
Mix together, add over cooked pasta, i love to starry my pasta with the sauce to make it creamier and serve
