fudgy plant based pumpkin brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vanilla or chocolate protein ( I used a plant based one , @silverfernbrand)

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together well with a hand mixer, line a brownie pan with parchment paper, and bake for 38-40 minutes

  2. Let cool before slicing

  3. I cut these into bites because the texture works best for that! They’re very chewy and fudgy, not as cake like
