Blended Oatmeal with Banana, Chia, and Cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana
  • about 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

Preparation
