Blended Oatmeal with Banana, Chia, and Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 ripe banana
- about 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup plant-based milk
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend together.
Transfer the mixture to a pan or pot and stir until desired texture is reached.
Top with your favorite toppings and serve.
