Chocolate Brownies with Chickpea Flour and Cherries
Ingredients
- 350g cherries
- 240g chocolate
- 85g white flour
- 85g chickpea flour
- 50g corn starch
- 30g cane sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Heat the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Set 100g of the cherries aside.
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, vanilla, corn starch and baking soda.
Put the other 250g of cherries in a blender and blend them until you have a smoothie mixture.
Pour it in the bowl with the dry ingredients and also add the melted chocolate.
Pour the dough into a greased brownie pan.
Press the leftover cherries in the dough and place the pan in the oven.
Bake it at 175° for about 18-20 minutes with upper and lower heat in your oven.
