Easy Peanut Butter Oats Snack Bars

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (sub any nut butter or use @88acres - the best alternative for nut free butter!)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • handful dried cranberries

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients to form a mixture.

  2. If you have a silicone snack bar maker, use it to shape the mixture; otherwise, form into cookies or balls.

  3. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Refrigerate until firm.
