Easy Peanut Butter Oats Snack Bars
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter (sub any nut butter or use @88acres - the best alternative for nut free butter!)
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- handful dried cranberries
Preparation
Combine all ingredients to form a mixture.
If you have a silicone snack bar maker, use it to shape the mixture; otherwise, form into cookies or balls.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate until firm.
