Nutty Chocolate and Vanilla Banana Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons flax seed
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
  • 1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder (for Nutty Chocolate) or Banana Caramel protein powder (for Vanilla Banana)
  • 1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons tahini
  • 2 soaked dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (for Vanilla Banana only)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined.

  2. For Vanilla Banana flavor, add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds and use Banana Caramel protein powder instead of chocolate protein powder.
