Easy Vegan Omelette with Mushrooms and Spinach
Ingredients
- 30g gram flour
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- black eggy salt or normal salt
- 78g water
- mushrooms
- spinach
- cheese
Preparation
Mix 30g gram flour, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, black eggy salt (or normal salt), and 78g water, then whisk it.
In a separate pan, cook mushrooms and spinach.
Mix the cooked vegetables back into the batter and add to a pan on low heat.
Cook until it looks done, then cover with a lid to cook the top.
Add cheese and melt it.
