Gluten Free Low Sugar Banana Loaf
Ingredients
- 3 mashed bananas
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup gf oat flour
- 1/2 cup gluten free plain white flour
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of Himalayan salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a greased loaf tin.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
Top with powdered peanut butter icing and let it set.
Store in the fridge for longer shelf life and note that it is toddler friendly.
