High Protein Buckwheat Crepes Breakfast
Ingredients
- 70g egg whites
- 1 egg
- 15g buckwheat flour
- 1 tablespoon Quark or plain yogurt
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 25ml almond milk
- coconut oil for frying
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients.
Fry in coconut oil.
Fill with Greek yogurt.
Top with fruit and caramelized bananas.
