High Protein Buckwheat Crepes Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 70g egg whites
  • 1 egg
  • 15g buckwheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon Quark or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder
  • 25ml almond milk
  • coconut oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Mix together all the ingredients.

  2. Fry in coconut oil.

  3. Fill with Greek yogurt.

  4. Top with fruit and caramelized bananas.
