Homemade Spiced Apple Granola Breakfast
Ingredients
- 90g oats
- 120g buckwheat groats (or more oats)
- 200g buckwheat
- 130g pumpkin seeds
- 65g hazelnuts
- 50g nuts
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 20g chia in 50g water
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 30g apple chips
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 160°C/310°F, fan-assisted.
Prepare a baking rack with parchment paper.
On the rack, add all the ingredients and mix by hand to ensure everything is wet.
Bake for a total of 30 minutes, stirring 2 times to bring the outside edges inside.
If some pieces are still wet, continue to bake for a few more minutes.
Turn off the oven and let the granola dry out inside.
When the granola is cold, separate everything into chunks.
