Homemade Vegan Kewpie Style Mayo
Ingredients
- 1 c soft tofu
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 1 tsp Japanese mustard or 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Optional: 1/2 tsp ground turmeric for colour
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
It will be a little runny but will set once placed in the fridge.
Mix before use.
