Indian Style Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower head , cut into small florets
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- Juice from 1/2 lemon/lime
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
Cilantro, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 450°F
Place the cauliflower on to the baking sheet
In a bowl, add the olive oil and the dry spices and mix well. Add the cumin seeds, salt and pepper
Pour the oil and spice blend on to the cauliflower and toss well until the florets are coated evenly with the spices
Bake for 25-30 minutes/until golden brown and crispy on the edges
Add lemon juice and cilantro (if using) before eating/serving
