Kale Gnocchi with Mushrooms, Spinach, and Tahini Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag frozen kale gnocchi
  • sliced mushrooms
  • spinach
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • garlic powder
  • Trader Joe's umami seasoning
  • cold water (to thin)

Preparation

  1. Cook half a bag of frozen kale gnocchi on a pan with sliced mushrooms and spinach.

  2. For the sauce, mix together 2 tablespoons tahini, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, juice from half a lime, garlic powder, Trader Joe's umami seasoning, and add cold water to thin to desired consistency.
