Kale Gnocchi with Mushrooms, Spinach, and Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 bag frozen kale gnocchi
- sliced mushrooms
- spinach
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- juice from 1/2 lime
- garlic powder
- Trader Joe's umami seasoning
- cold water (to thin)
Preparation
Cook half a bag of frozen kale gnocchi on a pan with sliced mushrooms and spinach.
For the sauce, mix together 2 tablespoons tahini, 1 tablespoon dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, juice from half a lime, garlic powder, Trader Joe's umami seasoning, and add cold water to thin to desired consistency.
Tips
The gnocchi may have a gluey, chewy texture when pan-fried; consider baking for a different result.
