Lemon Mug Cake

Ingredients

  • 10 g cashew butter
  • 40 g apple puree
  • 60 ml almond milk or other
  • 40 g spelt/wheat flour
  • 1/3 tsp baking powder
  • zest of 1/3 lemon
  • oil for the mug

Preparation

  1. Prepare the mug with some oil/vegan margarine. Mix all ingredients and fill it in the mug. Bake in the microwave for ~2-4 min (depending on your mug & microwave). Eat from the mug or topple it

  2. For the sauce: mix 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tsp coconut blossum syrup (or other), if it's too thick: add some warm water, stir well
