Lemon Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 10 g cashew butter
- 40 g apple puree
- 60 ml almond milk or other
- 40 g spelt/wheat flour
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- zest of 1/3 lemon
- oil for the mug
Preparation
Prepare the mug with some oil/vegan margarine. Mix all ingredients and fill it in the mug. Bake in the microwave for ~2-4 min (depending on your mug & microwave). Eat from the mug or topple it
For the sauce: mix 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tsp coconut blossum syrup (or other), if it's too thick: add some warm water, stir well
