Orange Blossom and Pomegranate Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 big pomegranate
  • 2 oranges
  • 5 dried figs
  • 2 tbsp of orange blossom
  • a handful of pistachios

Preparation

  1. Seed the pomegranate and cut the dried figs into small chunks in a bowl. Add the orange blossom, stir, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

  2. Extract the orange wedges by cutting between the membranes to separate the flesh. Press the remaining core and membranes to obtain juice.

  3. After one hour, pour the orange juice over the pomegranate and fig mixture, then add the orange segments and pistachios.

  4. Serve and enjoy.
